不罚款了 中国将允许随心所欲地生孩子

Families in China can now have as many children as they like without facing fines or other consequences, the Chinese government said late Tuesday. The move followed China’s announcement on May 31 that families could now have three children each. China began loosening its strict one-child policy about six years ago after imposing it in the 1980s.

中国政府周二晚些时候表示，中国的家庭现在可以随心所欲地生孩子而不会面临罚款或其它后果。此前，中国在5月31日宣布，现在每个家庭可以有三个孩子。中国在1980年代实行严格的独生子女政策后，大约六年前开始放松这一政策。
