中国允许夫妻生育三个孩子

China has announced that it will allow couples to have up to three children, after census data showed a steep decline in birth rates. China scrapped its decades-old one-child policy in 2016, replacing it with a two-child limit. The census showed that around 12 million babies were born last year - a significant decrease from the 18 million in 2016, and the lowest number of births recorded since the 1960s.

在人口普查数据显示出生率急剧下降之后，中国宣布将允许夫妇最多生育三个孩子。中国在2016年废除了有几十年历史的独生子女政策，取而代之的是两个孩子的限制。人口普查显示，去年约有1200万名婴儿出生——与2016年的1800万相比大幅下降，也是自1960年代以来的最低出生人数记录。
