苏格兰领导人发起了新的独立公投运动

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon launched her campaign for a second independence referendum on Tuesday. She argued that Scotland would be economically better off outside the United Kingdom. Sturgeon said it's the right time to revisit the case for Scotland to leave the U.K.

苏格兰首席部长尼古拉・斯特金周二发起了第二次独立公投的运动。她认为，苏格兰在经济上离开英国会更好。斯特金说，现在是重新审视苏格兰离开英国的理由的正确时机。
