百度将在香港二次上市

On Thursday, the Nasdaq-listed Chinese technology giant Baidu released its prospectus for the Hong Kong listing. Baidu will issue 95 million Class A ordinary shares priced at no more than 295 HK dollars. Baidu's net proceeds from the offering will be 27.6 billion HK dollars.

周四，在纳斯达克上市的中国科技巨头百度发布了到香港上市的招股说明书。百度将发行不超过295港币的9,500万股A类普通股。百度从此次发行中获得的净收益将为276亿港元。
