日本北部港口搁浅船只断成两截

A cargo vessel that ran aground at a port in northern Japan has broken in two and was spilling oil into the ocean on Thursday. The vessel is operated by a Japanese company. Its crew of 21 Chinese nationals and Filipinos was rescued by Japan Coast Guard.
